rusengLONG DISTANCE RADIO AWARD
Since April 10, 2024, the conditions for checking the LOG for the World Wide Grid Square Locators AWARD diploma have changed - the offset of QSOs (observations) now begins from the date of the applicant's first QSO. Everyone who already has this diploma in the collection can check their LOG again and get a diploma with new data.
The diploma «World Wide Grid Square Locators AWARD» was established by the RDRC club and is issued to applicants on the AWARDS CENTER OF RDRC website for radio communications with amateur radio stations located in various locators of large squares of the world grid. The diploma is awarded for large squares of the Maidenhead grid consisting of 2 letters and 2 digits, such as LN05, KO95, etc. The applicant receives a diploma with the possibility of repeatedly adding the number of locators to the sticker for each online log check on the diploma site. A basic diploma can be obtained for 100 different locators. Radio communications on any HF and VHF bands and any modes of modulation are counted. The diploma is issued to SWL operators. All radio communications (observations) are counted starting from the date of the applicant's first QSO.
